Most clients feel only light pressure. At the 0.25 mm depth Harmeet uses, no numbing is needed.

Expect mild redness for about 90 minutes afterward. When I tried Procell myself, mine faded within an hour. Most clients return to their day the same day.

Your skin will feel refreshed after one session. For texture, fine lines or post-acne marks, Harmeet typically recommends a series. She'll plan the number and spacing with you.

PRO works beautifully for most clients under 40. For clients 40+, Harmeet recommends the MD upgrade, which includes a more concentrated in-studio serum and MD take-home after-care.

Botox is fine two weeks before or right after your treatment. After fillers, threads or permanent makeup, wait 4–6 weeks.

Avoid strong peels, laser and RF treatments for 7–10 days before your appointment, and skip spray tans for 48 hours before and after.

If possible, wait until the next day to wash your face, ideally 24 hours. We will send you home with after-care serums to be used for a week. Harmeet will walk you through everything before you leave.

Procell isn't recommended during pregnancy or nursing, or with unstable diabetes, an active cold sore, very dry skin, or active eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis. Harmeet will review your health history before your treatment.
